摘 要: 对一款大功率LED太阳花散热器(RHS)进行了热阻建模、工作温度测量和软件仿真。依据传热学基本原理建立热阻模型,采用数字温度表进行温度测量,借助专业电子产品热分析软件Icepak进行模拟仿真。在误差允许的范围内,散热器温度的实验值与理论值保持一致,证明了利用Icepak进行软件仿真的可行性与可靠性。在此基础上,运用控制变量法,以散热器最高工作温度为目标,利用Icepak软件对散热器的肋片数量、铝板直径和铝板厚度进行优化,为该散热器的结构优化提供了参考。 We investigate a radiation-shaped heat sink (RHS) using equivalent thermal resistance model, working temperature measurement and software simulation. The thermal resistance model is based on principles of heat transfer. Two digital thermometers and the Icepak software are utilized to conduct temperature measurement and thermal simulation, respectively. The results of the measurement and simulation agree with each other, proving the feasibility and reliability of using Icepak to carry out thermal analysis. In order to decrease the working temperature of the heat sink, controlling variable method is adopted to optimize the number of its fins and the aluminium plate^s diameter and thickness bv Icepak. which can serve as a reference for the structure optimization of the RHS.
