摘 要: 在丙烯酸环氧单酯中添加颜填料和稀释剂等配制紫外光-热固化体系,并配制丙烯酸环氧双酯光固化体系对比实验,用FT-IR表征光-热固化过程特征吸收峰的变化.通过改变稀释剂的种类及用量,研究其对光固化和光-热双重固化膜的收缩率、凝胶率、硬度、吸水率、水接触角和热稳定性的影响.测试结果表明:光-热固化膜凝胶率均超过97.25%,固化完全,与单纯的双酯光固化膜相比,光-热双重固化膜体积收缩率明显减小,均低于5.70%,光-热固化膜水接触角约60°,其硬度和热稳定性增强. Pigments and active diluents are added to epoxy monoacrylate to make up UV-heat curable coatings and conduct the contrast experiment of UV curable coating of epoxy acrylate, in which the process of UV-heat cured was indicated by FT-1R measurements. The influence of types and contents of active diluents on shrinkage, gel-content, hardness, water absorption, water contact angle, and heat resistance of UV cured films and UV-heat cured films were discussed. The results showed that the UV-heat cured films were cured completely and gel-content of them were over 97.25%, the shrinkage of them were below 5.70%, lower than that of single UV cured films. The water contact angle of the UV-heat cured films were approximately 60 °, and hardness, water resistance and thermal stability of them were increased.
