摘 要: 根据齿轮齿面相对滑动理论,将点接触齿面滑动系数的计算方法及公式引入到对数螺旋锥齿轮这一新型齿轮当中,并结合对数螺旋锥齿轮自身特点与微分几何原理,验证其是否满足计算条件。在满足计算条件的前提下,计算出主曲率、主方向等主要参数,进而得出对数螺旋锥齿轮的滑动系数,作为衡量齿面上各处磨损程度的标准。 According to the gear theory of the relative slip of the gear face ,the calculation method and formula is guided into a new style gear,the logarithmic spiral bevel gear,and by connecting its characteristics and differential geometry theory,t can be checked whether it meets the calculation conditions.Under the premise of meeting the calculation condition, the main parameters are worked out,such as the principal curvature and principal direction,getting the s can be used as a measure standard of all kinds of abrasion on the tooth.
