摘 要: 针对现有花生收获机以及油莎豆收获机功能单一的特点以及一些技术缺陷,运用模块化设计方法,成功研制了一种振动筛式多功能收获机。首先简要介绍了模块化设计概念及特点,指出了模块化产品设计步骤;然后阐述了机具的设计依据、方案选择和主要技术创新点;按功能要求对收获机进行了模块划分;最后设计了相应模块的机械结构。 With the single function and some technology defects of the existing peanut harvesting machine and oil sally bean harvesting machine, a vibration sieve type multifunctional harvesting machine has been successfully developed, used the modular theory. The concept and features of modularization design is first briefly introduced, and then the machinery design basis, scheme selection and main technical inno- vation points are described. The modular of the harvesting machine has been divided according to the functional requirements. Finally, the corresponding module of mechanical structure has been designed.
