摘 要: 本文根据临床医学教育的特点,提出在现代医学教育体系下的人才培养目标框架内,为改善传统问诊教学所面临的医疗资源短缺、问诊训练薄弱、理论实践割裂等不足,需建立问诊教学的新思路,构建并实施"情境模拟问诊教学模式",以期达成培养具备扎实的问诊理论知识、良好的沟通技能和娴熟规范的问诊技巧的医学人才的目标。新思路符合医学实践教育认知规律和建构主义教学观,对于保障问诊教学质量,培养医学生扎实的问诊基本功具有重要的现实意义。 Based on the characteristics of clinical medical education, it is pwposed that under the framework of talent cultivation target of mod- em medical education,in order to remedy the defects of medical resources shortage, weak inquiry training and separation of theory and prac- rice, which the traditional inquiry teaching mode is lacing. New inquiry teaching ideas should be improved, and "simulative scenario inquiry teaching mode" should be built and performed to achieve the final talent cultivation objectives of training high-quality medical talents with solid inquiry theory, good communication skills and experienced history taking abilities. The new ideas conform to medical practice education cogni- tive law and constructivism teaching viewpoint and have important realistic significance in assuring the inquiry teaching quality and developing the basic inquiry skills of medical students.
