摘 要: 为了制备Sn分布均匀的Al-Sn合金液,采用电磁搅拌方法对坩埚内壁布有直叶片的Al-Sn合金液进行了搅拌,研究了叶片布置角度对Al-Sn合金液内Sn分布的影响规律,确定了Sn均匀分布的Al-Sn合金液的制备参数。结果表明,叶片与坩埚径向夹角β决定着Sn在坩埚径向上的分布,叶片与坩埚轴向夹角γ决定着Sn在坩埚轴向上的分布。当β为28°、γ为28°时,可得到Sn在坩埚径向上和轴向上分布都均匀的Al-20Sn合金液。 In order to prepare liquid Al-Sn alloy with uniform distribution of Sn,the liquid Al-Sn alloy in crucible with straight blades arranged on inner wall was stirred by electromagnetic stirring.The influences of blade arrangement angles on the distribution of Sn in liquid Al-Sn alloy were investigated,and the processing parameters were determined to obtain liquid Al-Sn alloy with uniform distribution of Sn.The results show that the radial distribution of Sn in crucible is determined by the angle β between blade and the radial of crucible,and the axial distribution of Sn in crucible is controlled by the angle γ between blade and the axes of crucible.With β of 28°and γ of 28°,the liquid Al-20Sn alloy with uniform distribution of Sn in radial and axial direction can be prepared.
