摘　　要： 探讨如何将IT与养生健康有效结合,研究基于中医体质辨识的药膳信息化。提出根据个体年龄、性别、体质、地域等的差异,通过计算机采集相应数据,分析这些数据并推荐不同的药膳食疗方案。 This paper discusses how to combine IT with health preserving and informatization of Chinese medicated diet based on identification of Chinese medical constitution. The information technology can give renewed impetus to Chinese medicated diet. By collecting data of people＇s age, sex, constitution and area, authors give personalization recommendation for die to therapy medicinal food.
