摘 要: 根据血液透析机温度控制系统具有大惯性、滞后性的特点,提出了一种基于模糊控制和PID控制相结合的方案,在大误差时采用模糊控制加快系统响应,小误差时采用PID控制减少超调量和提高控制精度。通过调节PWM的占空比控制固态继电器的开关时间,实现对透析液温度的控制。实验结果证明该方法具有超调量小、控制精度高、响应速度较快的特点,满足血液透析机的恒温要求。 Abstract: With large inertia and hysteresis characteristics of temperature control system of hemodialysis machine, a method combining fuzzy control and PID control t is put forward, in which fuzzy control is applied to speed up the system response when temperature error is great, while PID control is applied to reduce overshoot quantity and improve the control accuracy when temperature error is minor. Through the adjustment of the value of empty PWM controlled switching time of the solid state, the temperature control is realized. The experimental result shows that the method has a small overshoots, high control accuracy, and the response speed can meet the requirements of the constant temperature hemodialysis machine.
