摘　　要： 国家形象既是国家软实力的构成部分,也是国家软实力的重要形式,二者之间有着影响与塑造的关系。由于中国与东南亚国家之间在"硬实力"上的不对称,又存在南海权益问题,东南亚国家对中国的崛起持有疑虑,尤其担心中国不断增长的军事力量会威胁其安全。这种疑虑削弱了中国与东南亚国家的互信,影响中国在东南亚地区各项利益的实现。如何消除"中国威胁论",使中国在东南亚地区的形象"去威胁化",是当前中国外交所面临的重要课题。鉴于东南亚国家特别担心中国的军事力量增长,在政治、经济与文化手段以外,运用军事层面的软实力来消除"中国安全威胁论",是一个可以尝试的政策路径。 State image is an important part and performance of soft power, at the same time they could influence and form each other. There was asymmetry in ＂hard power＂ between China and Southeast Asian countries. Southeast Asian countries skeptical China＇s rise, particularly worried about China＇s growing military power would be a threat to there＇ s security, so China＇ security image did not ＂de - threat＂ yet, which would affect China＇ national interests and the relationship between China and Southeast Asian. How to eliminate the＂ China Threat ＂image in Southeast Asia security is the current Chinese diplomacy main task. In view of Southeast Asia country major concerns about China＇s military strength, soft military power maybe is a better means to eliminate the rumor of the China Threat Theory in addition to the political, economic and cultural means.
