摘 要: 研究了PEG/磷酸盐双水相系统分离纯化α-淀粉酶的工艺,对PEG分子量、pH、相浓度、NaCl浓度、酶浓度等影响因素进行了研究。 The partition behavior of α-amylase in aqueous two-phase systems was investigated.The effects of the weights and concentrations of polyethylene glycol,pH,the concentrations of NaCl and enzyme concentration on the partition coefficient K were studied.
