摘　　要： 基于情报分析的搜集、处理、评估三个环节,系统地梳理了情报分析不同环节的个体认知偏差类型与主要表现,并从认知主体因素、认知客体因素、认知环境因素深入分析导致情报失察的个体认知偏差原因,进而提出了情报失察中个体认知偏差的干预策略。 Based on the different stages of collection, procession and evaluation of intelligence analysis, this paper explores the types and main representations of individual cognitive biases in each specific stage of the analysis. Then, the causes of individual cognitive biases of intelligence failure are discussed according to the cognitive subject, object and environment. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward.
