摘 要: 低碳经济下实现造纸行业的节水减排,不仅符合国家产业政策调整要求,也是实现造纸行业可持续发展的必由之路。本文通过对低碳经济下造纸行业废水处理节水减排新难点的分析,提出了造纸行业节水减排的应对策略,重点阐述了造纸废水高效物化技术、高效厌氧处理技术、好氧共代谢生物技术、造纸废水处理过程的智能控制技术等废水处理节水减排共性关键技术,以期实现我国造纸行业节水减排及向低碳产业经济发展的战略目标。 Realizing water saving and emission reduction of papermaking industry in low-carbon economy development not only fits the demand of the national industry policy but also is the essential way of realizing the sustainable development of papermaking industry.By analyzing the difficult points of water saving and emission reduction of papermaking industry in low-carbon economy development,technical countermeasures for water saving and emission reduction of papermaking industry was proposed,and the key generic technologies of wastewater treatment energy saving and emission reduction,such as high efficient physical-chemical technology for treating papermaking wastewater,high efficient anaerobic treatment technology,aerobic co-metabolism technology and intelligent control technology in papermaking wastewater treatment process were emphatically described,which is helpful to achieve the strategic objectives of water saving,emission reduction and economic development to a real low-carbon industry.
