摘　　要： 晚清邮递机构分官民二途,但递寄功能并非泾渭分明,承担民间书信往来的民信局往往亦寄递官场文书,以暗递政情而左右政局。通过对《光绪年间江南织造驻京人员呈堂禀稿》的研究,可以看出在官方信息沟通渠道之外,另一种政情传递的方式及其对晚清政局的潜在影响。 The postal system in the period of late Qing divided into two ways, the official system and non-government organizations, but the function of delivering letters was not entirely different. The non-government postal organizations, Minxinju, also delivered official documents, past political information and affected the political situation. But limited to its own weakness and inferiority, which regulation of Minxinju and Its development also finally had to be merged to the postal system of Qing dynasty. Through this research, we can find that beyond the official channel of communica- tion, it also existed another way of transport political information and it also affected the political situation of the late Qing dynasty.
