摘 要: 通过整合并分析某大型汽车制造厂零部件物流配送企业近年来的配送数据,建立了物流配送成本模型,然后选择LINGO软件作为测试工具,综合考虑变动成本、固定成本和规模效益系数进行阶段性测算,仿真结果表明,该企业应该建成并起用B地区作为物流集配中心。 In this paper,we established the distribution cost model for the spare parts distribution center of a certain large-scale car-making enterprise and then,employing the software Lingo and considering comprehensively floating cost,fixed cost and scale coefficient,carried out a stage-based test of the model,the result of which had pointed out the optimal area for the construction of logistics consolidation center for the car-maker.
