摘　　要： 随着我国现代化和城镇化的快速推进,加强区域农业遗产的调查研究与保护工作日益紧迫。通过文献整理、实地调研等途径对增城市农业遗产进行了系统研究,发现增城市农业遗产资源丰富,并具有挂绿荔枝、丝苗米、派潭凉粉草、何仙姑诞、麻车舞火狗、做会等一大批具有"垄断性"的遗产。针对农业遗产的保护利用现状,提出了相关建议,包括提高认识,全面整理,加强农业遗产保护制度建设;开展重要遗产系统化建设工作,积极申报国家乃至世界农业文化遗产;合理利用农业遗产,为乡村旅游发展提供新元素。 Based on literature analysis and field investigation, a systematic research on agricultural heritage in Zengcheng City of Guangdong has been made. The investigation shows that there are abundant and unique agricultural heritage in Zencheng such as Gualu lychee, Simiao rice, Paitan mesona chinensis, Birthday of Ho Hsien - ku, Dance of fire in Mache and Zengcheng forgathering, etc. Aiming to protect and make full use of agricultural herit- age resources in Zengcheng City, authors put forward some suggestions as follows： firstly, to enhance people＇ s understanding to heritage conservation, make collection and collation of literatures systematically, and reinforce rules and regulations for heritage conservation; secondly, to make systematic research on important heritage, and try to apply the national and global agricultural heritage; finally, to utilize agricultural heritage reasonably, hence to provide some new impetus on the development of rural tourism.
