摘 要: 声学封装作为汽车被动降噪的主要手段,对整车NVH性能改进起到至关重要的作用,声学封装技术的核心是声学材料的应用,材料应用水平很大程度上决定了声学封装的效果。对阻尼和吸音两大类声学材料分别进行性能对比,研究了配方、种类对阻尼材料声学性能的影响,种类、规格对吸音材料声学性能的影响,并选取声学性能优异的材料制定声学封装方案,用于样车NVH性能改进,进而分析和评价材料对车内噪声的改进效果。 As the main method of passive noise reduction on vehicle, acoustic encapsulation plays an important role on improving of vehicle's NVH performance. The core technology of acoustic encapsulation is acoustic ma- terials' applications, the effects of acoustic encapsulation depends largely on the degree of the materials appliction's level. In this article, the performance of damping and absorbing materials was compared respectively, the influence of component and sorts on acoustic performance of damping materials was researched, also the influence of sorts and specifications on acoustic performance of absorbing materials was researched. The acoustic encapsulation project has be formed by using the high performance materials which has be chosen to improve test vehicle's NVH performance. Furthermore, the improving effects on vehicle interior noise hv using materials has be analyzed and evaluated.
