摘　　要： 唐前期赠散官与职事官组合以五品以上散官与都督、刺史、州司马的结合为主。这种组合并非任意,表现为高品散官往往与高品职事官结合,低品散官则与低品职事官结合。同时,赠散官与职事官的结合中,职事官的等级的确立会因时代不同而发生变化。官员自身赠官的得赠者是卒前散官与职事官均在三品以上具有崇高地位的人。父、祖赠官则与其子孙的功劳或地位有关。卒前官与赠官之间的阶次变化主要表现在散官与散官之间,进阶幅度一般是一阶。赠散官与职事官组合表现出的特征及其发展趋势均与散官在唐前、后期的地位变化有关。 The union of the sinecures and the government officials on the front half time of Tang Dynasty is the combination with the sinecures and the Dudu position,the post of the prefectural governor,si ma of the post of the prefectural government.This union is not optional which have a level and affected by the influences of the Times.The officer who get the zeng guan is the man who get the high status.The sinecures and the government officials of the officer are all over three grade.The zeng guan of father and grandfather from the credit of the son and grandson.grandson.The differences of the zu qian guan and the zeng guan is in the spread of the sinecures.Level changes is in the two levels,the status of the sinecures determines their features and the directions of the development.
