摘 要: 综合搅拌铸造法和原位反应合成制备了 Al2 O3增强铝基复合材料 ,向熔体中直接加入 Al2 ( SO4) 3粉体 ,由该粉体反应分解的 Al2 O3原位合成铝基复合材料。用此方法制备复合材料 ,既可节约成本 ,同时由 Al2 ( SO4) 3分解的 SO3又可以对熔体进行精炼、除气。结果表明 ,Al2 O3颗粒和基体结合良好 ,没有发现气孔、团聚、集聚、偏析 ,克服了传统搅拌铸造所带来的铸造缺陷。Al2 The Al 2O 3 in situ decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 reinforced aluminum matrix composites was fabricated through stirring cast by adding Al 2(SO 4) 3 to the molten alloy which is the raw and processed materials from which industrial high purity Al 2O 3 is made. Not only production cost may be reduced but also SO 3 decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 may refine and remove the gas from the molten composites by the way stated before. As a result, Al 2O 3 and matrix bonded well, which made the properties of ductility and wear behavior improved considerably, no cast defects being found, such as gas hole, porosity and particles segregation in the reinforced aluminum matrix composites.
