摘 要: 以300型可逆冷带轧机为对象,针对冷带轧机液压AGC系统,开发出了适用于轧机刚度测试试验的测控系统,该系统具备人机界面和数据存储功能,可实现轧制力闭环和位置闭环。同时,进行了轧机刚度测试试验,采用最小二乘法辨识出了轧机刚度。在试验过程中,采用位置闭环将辊缝压靠到位,然后采用轧制力闭环进行轧制力定步长变化,并在每次恒定步长增减后,加入一定延时,以保证轧制力实际值达到实际给定值。 Aiming at hydraulic AGC system in cold roiling mill, test measurement and control system were developed by the object of 300 type reverse cold rolling mill, which was appropriate for testing experiment for mill rigidity. The system was possessed of human-computer interface and function of data storage, with which the rolling force closed-loop and position closed-loop could he realized. At the same time, testing experiment for mill rigidity was carried out, and mill rigidity was identified by least square method. In the process of experiment, roll gap was kissed adopting position closed-loop. Later, rolling force was changed by constant step, adopting roiling force closed-loop. And after every time constant step changed, certain delay was carried out, so that the real value of rolling force is ensured to reach at set value.
