摘　　要： 本文首先探讨了构建政府门户网站公众满意度结构模型的参考模型及理论依据;其次根据理论及实证研究成果提取了影响政府门户网站公众满意度的关键变量;最后在对上述变量间关系科学分析的基础上系统构建了政府门户网站公众满意度结构模型。 Firstly, upon the analysis of related models and theories, the paper explores inspirations which are useful to the construction of government website public satisfaction index （GWPSI） structural model, and then based on the results of theo- retical and empirical research, we obtain key factors which play important roles on the GWPSI structural model, at last we constructs the GWPSI structural model on the analysis of the relationships among the factors mentioned above.
