摘　　要： 文章对纽约、温哥华、悉尼、新加坡等城市在城乡环境保护及管理运行机制等方面的成功做法进行了剖析,并结合我国各区域如直辖市、特别行政区、副省级城市、沿海城市等典型代表城市在城乡环境保护管理方面的成功做法,提炼出了国内外成功经验的可借鉴之处。以珠三角地区为例,对广东农村环境保护管理现状进行了梳理,指出了广东在农村环境保护管理方面的努力方向和需借鉴之处,有针对性地为广东在农村环境保护管理机制方面提出了科学、合理的对策建议。 The successful practices of environment protection and management mechanism of urban and rural in New York, Vancouver, Sydney, Singapore were analyzed in the paper. Combining with some successful practices of environment protection and management mechanism of urban and rural in representative districts such as municipality, special administrative region, vice provincial city, coastal city, some successful experiences of home and abroad were refined. Taking Zhujiang Triangle Area as an example, the status and existing problems of environment protection and management in Guangdong rural were analyzed. The proper reasonable countermeasures of environment protection and management mechanism in Guangdong rural were provided in the paper.
