摘　　要： 化工技术具有发明活动活跃、实用性强、实施快等特点 ,利用专利制度保护化工技术具有重要的意义。本文介绍了我国专利制度的基本特点以及申请化工技术专利保护的策略和技巧。 The protection of chemical technologies by the patent system is of great significance because chemical technologies exhibit active invention activity, strong practical applicability and rapid exploitation. Basic characteristics of China's patent system and tactics and techniques of applying for the protection of chemical technologies are introduced in this article.
