摘　　要： 十月革命后,在保护及遣返受难华工的共同目标基础上,旅俄华工联合会与北洋政府展开了良好的合作,使得广大旅俄华工的处境得到一定程度的改善,数万受难华工被遣返回国。但随着华工联合会逐渐走向宣传共产主义的道路,加上华工联合会、华商会、苏俄政府与北洋政府之间错综复杂的利益纠纷,双方由合作走向对立。 After the October revolution, on the common aim of the protection and repatriation of the suffering Chinese laborers, the Beiyang Government and the Union of Chinese Laborers in Russia carried out a good cooperation, which make the living condition of Chinese labours improved, dozens of thousands labours got back China. But, because of their walk toward Communist, the complex relation among the Union of Chinese Laborers, the Chinese Business Association, Soviet Union government and Beiyang Government, their cooperation changed into split.
