摘　　要： 分析了在"卷烟上水平"的新形势下,烟叶原料供需结构性矛盾的突出表现及其产生的原因,探讨了解决该矛盾的对策,以期为烟叶的原料供应提供参考。 In term of the new situation of cigarette advance in China tobacco industry,the performances and reasons of the structural contradiction of supplying and demanding for tobacco as raw material was analyzed,and the countermeasures to solve the contradiction was suggested aimed to provide the reference for the supplying of the tobacco raw material.
