摘　　要： 从人与自然的互利共生、传统文化与生态环境的融合、改造生态环境中现代工程技术的应用等方面探讨宋都水系规划工程的生态文化意义.认为宋都水系规划工程对开封城市建设具有积极的作用,其理念与方法对历史文化名城的可持续发展具有借鉴价值. The present paper is to analyze the meaning of the ecological culture from three points： harmonious co existence between man and nature; relationship between traditional culture and ecological environment; application of engineering oriented technology in transformation of ecological environment. It aims to prove that the idea and way of the ecological culture will produce positive effects on the river system planning of Kaifeng and are useful for the sustainable development of historical cultural city.
