摘 要: 阐明五种游蛇科动物雌体大小、窝卵数和卵大小之间的关系和雌性繁殖特征的种间差异。 5种蛇均产单窝卵 ,产卵高峰期为 6月下旬至 7月 ,窝卵数与雌体大小 (SVL)呈显著的正相关 ,相对窝卵重与雌体SVL无关 ,卵重与窝卵数无关。灰鼠蛇卵重与雌体SVL呈正相关 ,赤链蛇、王锦蛇、黑眉锦蛇和乌梢蛇的卵重与雌体SVL无关。黑眉锦蛇卵长径与窝卵数呈负相关 ,其余 4种蛇卵长径与窝卵数无关。 5种蛇卵长径与短径无关。黑眉锦蛇卵短径边缘性地与窝卵数无关 ,其余 4种蛇卵短径与窝卵数呈显著的正相关。赤链蛇窝卵数与产后亲体状态呈正相关 ,其余 4种蛇窝卵数与产后亲体状态无关。赤链蛇、王锦蛇、黑眉锦蛇和乌梢蛇雌体主要通过增加窝卵数增加繁殖输出 ,而灰鼠蛇雌体则主要通过增加窝卵数和卵大小增加繁殖输出。赤链蛇繁殖特征与灰鼠蛇相似 ,王锦蛇繁殖特征与黑眉锦蛇相似 。 We studied relationships among body size,clutch size,and egg size and female reproductive characteristics in five species of oviparous colubrid snakes from Zhoushan islands,Zhejiang,China.All adult female of the five species laid a single clutch per breeding season.The peak period of oviposition occurred in late June and July.In all five species,clutch size was positively correlated with female size (SVL),relative clutch mass was independent of female size,egg mass was independent of clutch size,and egg length was independent of egg width.Egg mass of Dinodon rufozonatum,Elaphe carinata,E.taeniura, and Zaocys dhumnades was independent of female size,whereas egg mass of Ptyas korros was positively correlated with female size.In E. taeniura, egg length was negatively correlated with clutch size,and egg width was independent of clutch size.However,in the remaining four species,egg length was independent of clutch size,and egg width was positively correlated with clutch size.Clutch size was positively correlated with the postpartum female condition in D.rufozonatum, but not in the remaining four species. D.rufozonatum,E.carinata,E.taeniura, and Z.dhumnades increased reproductive output mainly through increasing clutch size,whereas P.korros through increasing both clutch size and egg size.As for the female reproductive characteristics, D.rufozonatum was similar to P.korros,E.carinata was similar to E.taeniura, and Z.dhumnades seemed to be the median type between the former and the latter two species.
