摘　　要： 本文结合汉语初学者的特点,探讨外向型检字法应该具有的特点。在此基础上,以3000"等级字"为范围,对笔画进行全面的数据求取和分析,提出以"横折、叉、点、撇"为基本检字元素的外向型检字法,并进行了编码实践。研究显示,该检字法既好学又好用。 Based on the characteristics of the Chinese beginners,this paper discusses the features of a non-Chinese user oriented lookup system.By analyzing the 3000 graded characters,this paper also analyzes the regularities of strokes based a large collection of data.Then the non-Chinese user oriented lookup system is devised which uses ＂turning stroke,cross,dot and left-falling stroke＂ as the basic lookup strokes.Encoding method of the new system has been developed,which proves that the new system is both easy to learn and use.
