摘　　要： 珠海港位于珠江口的西南部,是西江流域唯一的天然深水海港.珠三角港口群中,香港、广州、深圳三港已占主导优势,通过对珠三角地区港口群主要港口的比较分析,运用SWOT模型对珠海港在珠三角港口群中所面临的优势、劣势、机会和挑战分析,提出了珠海港在珠三角港口群中近期定位和长期定位. Zhuhai Port,which is located in the southwest of the Pearl River estuary,is the only natural deep-water port of the West River.Hong Kong,Guangzhou and Shenzhen port have occupied a dominant position in the Pearl River Delta.This paper analyses Zhuhai Port＇s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities in the Pearl River Delta by using SWOT model and proposes the near future orientation and long-term positioning for Zhuhai Port.
