摘 要: 部分出砂油井配套了用于防砂的激光割缝筛管,但无法安装多沉降旋流气锚,导致杆式泵受气体影响严重。依据重力气锚原理设计了杆式泵防气工艺管柱,该管柱在杆式泵支撑装置下安装激光割缝筛管,使泵筒与油管之间的密封环空与油套环空连通,聚集在这一环空的气体可以通过激光割缝筛管排到油套环空,消除气体对杆式泵的影响,提高抽油泵效和油井产量。 Part of the oil wells support tool-laser slotted screen pipe used for sand control, but mul-tiple settlement current gas anchor can't be installed,leading to rod pump serious gas influence. The defending gas technological pipe string for rod pumps was designed according to the principle of heavy strength gas anchor. The pipe string install screen pipe at the bottom of pump support device, making the seal space between rod pump and oil pipe connect to casing annular. The gath- ering gas in the seal space can be discharged to casing annular, eliminate gas influence for the pump and to enhance pump efficiency and oil-well production.
