摘 要: 基于甘肃基础教育调查(2004),通过"教师-学校-县市"三层线性模型,本文从特征工资理论视角检验了个人特征和岗位特征在农村教师工资增长机制中的作用。研究表明,(1)教师个人特征在工资增长机制中起主导作用;(2)教师个人特征对工资增长的作用随教职岗位特征而异;(3)教职岗位特征的"消费"性质基本得以确证,即工资与工作及生活环境之间存在替代性。 The paper examines the contribution of teacher personal characteristics and teaching job attributes in the salary incremental structure based on the Gansu Survey of Child and Families(2004) by using a Teacher-School-Country multilevel model in the perspective of hedonic wage theory.The empirical results indicate that teacher personal characteristics accounts for the majority of pay rise variance.The economic values of teaching attributes are ever increasing,among which about 5% of incremental variance occurs at the school level.The economic significance of teacher personal characteristics varies with job attributes in teachers' pay increment structure.
