摘　　要： 雷州半岛缺水决定了水利是其命脉。宋代以来,雷州地区大兴水利,兴修了西湖渠、特侣塘、捍海堤等水利工程,形成了发达的水利网络。与之相适应,实行塘长、岸长制度,制定严明的水利法规。雷州水利工程的兴修促进了雷州半岛农业生产的发展,解决了城市水患,也反映了官绅集团在水利共同体中的相互关系,而雷州州治变迁也与水利工程密切相关,同时也影响了以雷祖祠为中心的相关信仰中心的变迁。 Water conservancy has been a lifeline to Leizhou Peninsula due to its lack of water. Since the Song Dynasty, Leizhou region has constructed developed water network by building such water conservancies as Xihu - Channel,Telv - Pond, and Daigong - Seawall. As a result, strict regulations such as . tangzhang - system and Anzhang - system were formulated to protect water conservancies. The construction of these water conservancies played a significant role in promoting farming and sloving urban floods. It also reflects the interrelationship of gentry groups in water conservancy community. In conclusion, Leizhou state change is closely associated with water con- servancy projects, and in turn infuences the evolution of the reigious center based on LeiZu Temple.
