摘　　要： 在我国新一轮的城市规划中,许多城市把自己定位在山水城市的性质上。简要介绍了不同学科对"山水城市"的认识,指出其核心思想是协调城市空间与自然环境之间的相互关系;并提出了根据正向推进与反向约束的双向运作机制,建设"山水城市"的四点策略;最后,以此为理念,提出了把重庆建成山为城之骨、土为山之肉、水为山之脉、树为山之秀的"山水城市"设想。 Many cities position themselves on the nature of ＂Shan-Shui City＂ in a new round of urban planning. This article briefly introduced the different disciplines on the ＂Shan-Shui City＂ and pointed out that the core idea was to coordinate the relationship between urban space and natural environment. Based on the bidirectional operation mechanisms of positive advance and inverted constraint, it put forward four strategies in the construction of ＂Shan-Shui City＂. According to this conception, it finally proposed some ideas on building Chongqing into ＂Shan-Shui City＂ with mountain of its bones, earth of its meats, water of its ehoroids and trees of its beauty.
