摘 要: 为了改善聚醚聚氨酯的力学性能,采用端硬脂酸酯基超支化聚酯和端乙酸酯基超支化聚酯与环氧乙烷四氢呋喃共聚醚型聚氨酯(PET-PU)形成互穿网络聚合物。结果表明,前者出现明显的相分离,而后者最大拉伸强度和最大延伸率比PET-PU提高了1.33倍和2.74倍。采用基团贡献法讨论了超支化聚合物与PET-PU的混容性。 In order to improve mechanical properties of polyether polyurethanes, stearic acid ester terminated hyper branched polyester and acetate hyperbranched polyester were synthesised. Tetrahydrofuran copolyether polyurethanes (PET-PU)was cured under the existence of above two kinds of hyperbranched polyester. It generated two kinds of hyper- branched interpenetrating network. The result showed that stearic acid ester terminated hyperbranched polyester unmiscilbe with PET-PU. While acetate hyperbranched polyester and PET-PU based IPN not appeared apparent phase separation, the tensile strength and elongation at maximum increased 1.33 times and 2.74 times compared with PET-PU. Group contribution method was used to explain the miscibility between hyperbranched polyester and PET-PU.
