摘 要: 高职毕业生职业适应力提升是高职院校就业质量的重要体现,已成为高职院校就业工作的重要课题。影响高职生职业适应力的因素包括职业技能适应、职业人际适应、职业心理适应等三个方面,由此高职院校应着力于落实"工学结合"人才培养模式,引入校企文化共建机制,加强就业指导和心理辅导等三条路径,以提升高职毕业生职业适应力。 Higher vocational college graduates'vocational adjustment upgrade, an important reflection of their em- ployment quality, has become an important research project in the field of higher vocational college's employment work. The three factors that influence higher vocational college graduates' vocational adjustment upgrade are vocational skill adjustment, vocational interpersonal adjustment and vocational psychological adjustment. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should adopt the following three ways to improve higher vocational college graduates'vocational adjustment: implementing personnel training mode of combining learning with working, introducing system of college culture and enterprise culture joint construction and strengthening employment guidance and psychological consultation.
