摘　　要： 作为1998年全国首批临床医学博士、硕士专业学位试点单位,中山大学经过十余年的建设,培养了一大批临床医学高层次人才。与此同时,临床医学专业学位研究生教育也面临着一系列的问题与矛盾,这些问题不局限于一所高校内部,而是全国临床医学专业学位研究生教育所面临的共同挑战。本研究通过问卷调查、个案分析及专家研讨,对中山大学临床医学专业学位研究生教育进行调研,并就存在的问题及解决对策进行思考,提出了提高临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量的政策建议和行动策略。 Although it has trained a large number of high-quality professionals of clinical medicine since 1998,the SUN Yat-Sen University,like most other universities in China,still has many problems and challenges in its clinical medical training.A retrospective study was conducted on the postgraduate education of clinical medicine at the SUN Yat-Sen University by questionnaire surveys,case analysis,and expert discussions.Problems were identified and possible solutions were explored along with suggestions for policy making and implementation strategies for the purpose of improving the quality of programs in clinical medicine.
