天然气管道分输站埋地管道冻胀范围预测
Prediction on frost heaving range for buried pipeline in gas offtake station

摘  要: 将管道冻胀近似为轴对称问题,考虑土壤冻结过程中的相变和传热等,求得冻结时间与冻胀半径的关系式。以西气东输郑州站为研究对象,计算了冻结时间与冻胀半径的关系、冻结速度、最大冻胀半径、管道轴向冻胀范围等,并与Browning模型和修正的Carslaw-Jaeger模型计算结果进行对比。结果表明:使用该关系式进行冻胀预测的结果与现场实际情况相差较小;冻胀半径的增长值随着时间推移而快速下降;冻胀半径随水平距离的延伸不断减小。 Frost heaving can be approximately taken as an axisymmetric problem to solve the relation expression between freezing time and freezing radius by considering the phase transition and heat transfer in the freezing process of the soil.Taking the Zhengzhou Compressor Station in West-to-East Gas Pipeline as an example,the relation expression between freezing time and frost heave radius,freezing speed,maximum frost heave radius,pipeline axial frost heave range are calculated,and the calculated results are compare with that of Browning model and corrected Carslaw-Jaeger.Conclusions show that the differences between the prediction of frost heaving by this formula and that of actual situation are small;the increasing speed of frost heaving thickness will drop rapidly with the lapsing of time;the frost heaving thickness will continue to decrease with the extension of horizontal distance.
