摘　　要： 地名在自然地理环境和人文地理环境的基础上产生,其分布具有一定的规律性。本研究利用统计学及分类方法,从人地关系理论角度出发,探讨宁夏盐池县地名的统计特征和时空特征,这有利于认识盐池县地名的现状及形成规律,对于保护、开发盐池县地名资源具有重要意义,并为地名管理提供理论基础。 Place names were born in natural geographical environment and human environment, Its distribution has certain regularity. The present study, by using statistical methods, stating from the man -land relationship theory, discusses place name＇ s statistical features and spatial - temporal feature of Yanchi County of Ningxia Hui Autono- mous Region. It is helpful to understand the current situation of Yanchi County place names and their formation ways It＇ s Important for protection and development of names resources, and provides a theoretical basis for the place names management.
