摘　　要： 以已二酸,已二醇,1,2-丙二醇,甲苯二异氰酸酯（TDI）和三羟基甲基丙烷（TMP）为原料,合成了一种双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。制备了一种新型固化剂（TMP-TDI聚合物）,甲组分为端羟基型的预聚体,选取的PEPA与TDI的摩尔比为8∶1,乙组分（TDI-TMP加成物）,TDI与TMP最佳摩尔比控制在3.0~3.1左右。 Two-component polyurethane adhesive was prepared by adipic acid,hexylene glycol,propylene glycol,TDI and TMP.A hardening agent-（TMP-TDI）,component B was synthesized and component A was the end hydroxyl type prepolymer.The mole ratio of PEPA and TDI was 8∶1,the optimal mole ratio of TDI and TMP for component B was about 3.0-3.1.
