摘　　要： 目的探讨实习护生专业承诺在心理健康与择业效能感间的中介效应。方法采用大学生职业决策自我效能感量表、症状自评量表、大学生专业承诺调查问卷对175名临床实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生择业效能感总分为(132.63±2.44)分;其心理健康、专业承诺、择业效能感两两之间存在相关性(P<0.01);专业承诺在心理健康与择业效能感间的中介效应显著,且中介效应占总效应的45.43%。结论护理教育者通过提高实习护生的心理健康和专业承诺水平,将有利于实习护生择业效能感的提高,从而实现成功就业。 Objective To explore the mediating effect of nursing interns＂ professional commitment between career decision - making self - efficacy and mental health. Methods A total of 175 nursing interns were investigated with Career Decision - Making Self - Efficacy Scale, Symptom Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90） and Professional Conunitment Scale for Undergraduate. Results The score of nursing interns career decision - making self- efficacy was （ 132.63 ± 2.44 ）. There were significant correlations among mental health, professional commitment and career decision - making self - efficacy （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The mediating effect of nursing interns＇professional commitment between career decision -making self- efficacy and mental health was significant, and it made up 45.43% of the total effect. Conclusion It is helpful for nursing interns to enhance their career decision - making self - efficacy through improving their mental health and professional commitment, so as to achieve successful employment.
