摘　　要： 水稻是我国最重要的粮食作物之一,而源库理论是影响水稻生长发育的关键基础理论。水稻产量的高低和品质的好坏主要决定于源、库、流三者的强弱及其相互之间的协调程度。结合课题组过去几年的研究成果,并综合国内外其他相他研究,分别从水稻源库流的内容及其衡量标准,源、库、流的互作效应以及源库关系对水稻的干物质积累特性、养分吸收利用、产量及其构成因子和稻米品质的影响等方面展开讨论,并在此基础上提出了水稻源库调节的新方向。 Rice is one of the most important food crops in China,however,source-sink theory is the critical theory influencing the growth of rice.Yield and grain quality of rice are mainly depended on the strength of source,sink,stream and their harmonization.Achievements obtained in past researches were reviewed and the contents of source-sink theory,its evaluation criterion,and their effects on dry material accumulation,nutrition absorption and utilization,yield and its component,and grain qualities of rice,were discussed.Finally,new method on the source-sink regulation was also proposed on the basis of above research.
