摘 要: 继电保护装置是电力系统安全、稳定运行的重要保证,因此电网继电保护整定计算尤为重要。继电保护整定计算相关软件的研制可以大大提高整定计算的效率,减轻整定计算人员的工作量。针对传统继电保护整定计算软件的局限性,诸如现有软件在通用性、可扩展性和可维护性方面的不足,利用面向对象技术、数据库技术和.NET插件技术,开发了面向对象的电网继电保护整定计算管理系统。通过某电力系统网络的算例计算,验证了本系统的可靠性和有效性。 The protective relay ensures the safe and stable operation of power system, so relay setting calculation is very important. The software on relay setting calculation can not only increase the efficiency, but also greatly decrease the workload. To improve the efficiency of the traditional relay protection setting calculation software, such as limita- tions on low commonality, weak expansibility and poor maintainability, etc, an object-oriented management system for protective relay setting calculation is developed by using object-oriented technology, database technology and. NET plug-in technology. The computing example of a power system network demonstrates the reliability and effectiveness of the method.
