摘 要: 从广州地区发生的蝴蝶兰软腐病病叶上分离病原菌并进行分子(16S rDNA)鉴定,结果显示,病原菌与洋葱伯克赫尔德氏菌(Burkholderia cepacia)和新洋葱伯克赫尔德氏菌(Burkholderia cenocepacia)的16S rDNA同源性达99.76%,进一步通过分子系统发育树分析,广州地区蝴蝶兰软腐病菌与洋葱伯克赫尔德氏菌为同一宗族(clan),表明此病原菌为洋葱伯克赫尔德氏菌。 Identification of the pathogen causing soft rot of Phalaenopsis amabili was performed by 16S rDNA sequence analysis and phylogenic tree construction, the result indicated that, the 16S rDNA homology between the pathogen and Burkholderia cepacia or Burkholderia cenocepacia was over 99%; further analysis was carried out by phylogenic tree construction of 16S rDNA sequences from those homological bacteria, the result showed that the pathogen and Burkholderia cepacia belonged to the same clan.
