摘 要: 研究了白炭黑比表面积和用量对蔗髓/红液包装缓冲材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:加入质量百分比用量0.5%的白炭黑即可以显著提高包装缓冲材料的静态压缩强度,随白炭黑比表面积增加,包装材料的压缩强度增大;包装材料的压缩应力随白炭黑添加量增加,呈先增大后减小趋势,在白炭黑添加量为7.5%时,材料应力值最小。 The effect of specific surfhce area of white carbon black and the dosage on mechanical properties of cushioning materials for package made from bagasse pith and red liquor was investigated. The results show that static compressive strength of cushioning material for package can be improved obviously after 0.5% charge of white carbon black is added. Compressive strength increases with the increase of specific surface area; compressive stress firstly increases and then decreases. While the white carbon black loading was 7.5%, the stress was the lowest.
