摘　　要： 目的对迈瑞BC 5800血细胞分析仪的主要性能进行评价。方法按照国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)制定的评价标准对迈瑞BC 5800血细胞分析仪的不精密度、携带污染率和线性范围进行测定,并通过新鲜全血与18台不同仪器进行比对来评价可比性,再将分类计数结果与SysmexXE 2100分类计数和手工显微镜分类检查进行比对。结果迈瑞BC 5800血细胞分析仪的精密度、线性范围和携带污染率都在允许范围,正确度和可比性良好,白细胞分类计数与Sysmex XE 2100分类计数相关性r2>0.8,和人工显微镜法比较,除单核细胞r2<0.8,其余相关性r2>0.9。结论迈瑞BC5800血细胞分析仪是一种较为理想的血细胞分析仪,可满足临床需求。 Objective To evaluate the performance of Mindray BC 5800 automated hematology analyzer. Methods According to the evaluation standard esdablished by international Committee for Standardization in Haematology（ICSH）, to measure the inaccuracy, carryover and linear range of Mindray BC 5800 automatic hematology analyzer, and compare the classified counting results with classified counting and type checking for manual microscope of Sysmex XE 2100. Results The accuracy, liner and carryover of Mindray BC 5800 automatic hematology analyzer are all within allowed range, and its correctness and comparability are good. The differential count relativity r2 of white blood cell and Sysmex XE 2100 is larger than 0.8. Comparing with artificial microscope method, relativity ra of the rest exceeds 0.9 except that monocytes relativity r2 is smaller than 0.8. Conclusion Mindray BC 5800 blood cells analyzer is an ideal blood cells analyzer, and can meet clinical demand.
