摘　　要： 将农村社会救助家庭成员再就业培训策略的实施作为一个切入点,对社会救助家庭中有劳动能力或有部分劳动能力的成员的再就业行为和再就业时间做经验分析显示,再就业培训策略使得社会救助家庭中不同性别的再就业行为均得到了显著提高,特别是在再就业率方面得到了大幅度提高。民政部门应通过积极的再就业方式来强化受助家庭成员的主动脱贫行为,从而提高其家庭收入,最终使受助家庭成员的被动接受救助金行为转化为积极的再就业行为。 We put the re-employment training strategy of family members as a starting point,and made experience analysis to social assistance family members who have the ability or part ability to work.The empirical results show that re-employment training strategy makes family members re-employment behavior to improve significantly.It mainly reflected in employment rising rate substantially.We suggest Civil Affairs Departments should take positive employment ways to strengthen the family members're-employment behavior and improved family income.Finally the measures could put passive aid behavior of the recipient groups into active obtaining employment behavior.
