摘　　要： 目前我国北方一些地区的一幢建筑物常有空调和采暖两套系统。那么冬季用两种方式供暖各自特点及经济性如何？本文以普通办公楼建筑为基础，对空调和采暖系统选取常见形式作为代表，分别计算出其费用年值。 At present, a quantity of buildings in some north region of our country have both air conditioning system and traditional heating system. What is the feature and how is the economy efficiency of each system? In this thesis, basing on analysis of ordinary office building, the authors choose common form to stand for each system and calculate the annual cost respectively.
