摘　　要： 基于系统动力学的理论及方法,构建用于评估建筑废弃物经济成本的评估模型,并以深圳市住宅建筑为例进行实证研究。研究结果表明,系统动力学能合理地解决建筑废弃物的经济成本评估问题,为建设管理人员提供有效的经济成本信息。 Based on the theory and methodology of system dynamics, this paper establishes an assessment model to as- sess economic costs of construction waste, and makes empirical study of residential buildings in Shenzhen. The results shows that the system dynamics is a reasonable solution to the problem of the cost estimates of construction waste, and provides effective information of economic cost for construction managers.
