摘 要: 采用浮选与AB法联合工艺处理含油污水。试验表明:调节pH为6.5~7.8,按20~40 mg/L比例投加PAC,浮选对油和COD的平均去除率分别为70.3%、42.6%;AB法的A段在HRT=48 min、DO为0.8~1.2 mg/L时,COD平均去除率为35.9%,COD负荷达到3.68 kg/(m3.d);B段在HRT为8.0 h、DO为2.5~3.0 mg/L时,COD的平均去除率为58.0%,COD负荷为0.36 kg/(m3.d)。处理后的出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。 The oil-bearing wastewater has been treated by the combined process of flotation and AB method. The test shows that when the pH is adjusted to 6.5-7.8, and the polyaluminium chlorid (PAC) dosage is 20-40 mg/L, the average removing rates of oil and COD by flotation are 70.3% and 42.6% respectively. In section A of the AB method, when HRT is 48 min, and dissolved oxygen (DO) 0.8-1.2 mg/L, COD average removing rate is 35.9%, and COD loading reaches 3.68 kg/(m3. d). In section B of the AB method,when HRT is 8.0 h,and DO 2.5-3.0 mg/L, COD average removing rate is 58.0% ,and COD loading 0.36 kg/(m3 .d). The effluent of the oil-bearing wastewater reaches the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978--1996).
