摘 要: 纯生啤酒是啤酒行业中的高科技产品,其关键技术是以低温膜过滤除菌代替传统的巴氏杀菌,这项技术对啤酒生产过程的所有环节提出了更高的无菌的要求。本文以低温膜过滤除菌技术为重点介绍了纯生啤酒无菌生产的各技术要点。 Draft beer is one of the high - tech products of the brewery industry Its critical technology is to sterilize beer products by using low- temperature film filtering instead of pastearization. Stricter sterile conditions are demanded in the whole production process of draft beer In this article , we decribed all the key points in this process with emphasis on the sterilization technology of low-temperature film filtering.
