摘　　要： 本文以土壤中镉的积累为研究对象 ,分析了攀西地区关于镉的环境帐户、物质平衡 ,探讨了环境可持续性发展必须满足的两个准则。并在此基础上 ,提出了一个与政策相关的环境可持续性发展指标 ,讨论了攀西地区可持续性发展环境需满足的条件。 In this paper, the accumulation of cadmium soil is used as a case study to analyze the development of environmental accounts and dynamic materials balances in Pan-xi region. Then the paper explores two necessary criteria for environmental sustainable development. And provides an indicator of environmental sustainable development relevant to policy to analyze the conditions for sustainable development.
